Duane has over 30 years of business experience owning and operating his own businesses. He has proven ability to identify and cultivate talents, motivate teams, and provide precise direction. Duane is an enthusiastic problem solver with keen ability to rapidly assess diverse situational challenges, develop action plans, and lead teams to targeted goals. Duane is driven by the challenge to influence a positive and productive culture where all team members are excited about their contributions towards completing projects safely, on time and on budget. He works closely with our teams to ensure appropriate resources are in place for a successful project delivery to our clients from pre-construction to owner turnover. Duane maintains open communication with the client, architect, engineers, and subcontractors relative to the project at hand.

Commercial Specialists, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Wayne Call who has been a successful businessman with many of those years in construction. He grew Commercial Specialists, Inc as a general contracting company that is trusted and respected by many he had the opportunity to build for and work with. He has gained an admirable reputation for his work in commercial construction for his commitment to excellence. Throughout the successful completion of his past projects, he is proud to say that he always completed projects on time, especially with tight completion deadlines, and within budget while providing outstanding service. Wayne has consistently exceeded customers expectations with his quality work and reliability. Today the company is also led by Derek Brady and Duane Wiehl, family of Wayne, who remain focused on continuing operations with Wayne's vision of commitment and excellence. Wayne received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management from Arizona State University.

Derek has fulfilled multiple capacities in his career including positions as project engineer, field engineer, superintendent, and project manager. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University – Idaho. He is equipped, efficient, and has a proven successful track record in project delivery. Over the course of his career, Derek has been a member of teams working on projects that range from $30,000 to $800M. Those projects include private jobs with NIKE, hospital work, mall and casino renovations, tenant improvement, multi-family, and civil development projects. He has proven abilities to meet project goals through teamwork, innovation, schedule management, and cost control. Derek will take the helm on budget estimating, keeping cost control as well as quality control at the forefront of this process. Derek possesses high standards for his work and expects the same of his team.
